GZD Series Vibrating Feeder

Overview
Adopting vibrating motor as vibration source, the GZD series vibrating feeder is used to uniformly feed large blocky materials into crusher for coarse crushing. Meanwhile, grating bar or sieve plate is utilized to pre-screen mud and materials of fine particle. The entire vibratory equipment is simply structured and convenient for maintenance.

Working Principle
Our vibrating feeder is mainly composed of feed trough, vibration exciter, spring support and transmission gear. The vibration exciter provides vibration source to feed trough for vibrating feed. It is constituted by two eccentric shafts (driving and driven shafts) as well as gear pair. Motor drives the driving shaft via V-belt. With gear engagement, the two eccentric shafts rotate reversely at the same time, making feed trough vibrate. Consequently, materials can be continuously fed into the vibrating feeder for macadam.

Performance Features
1. This device incorporates simple construction, light weight, easy adjustment and installation, convenient maintenance as well as small size. The minimum dimension is 2996mm×1750mm×1651mm.
2. As exciting force for vibration is adjustable, material feed is uniform and consecutive without interruption.
3. Material flow volume can be timely controlled and adjusted, and thereby this vibratory feeder is operation friendly.
4. The vibration motor adopting eccentric block works with low noise, largely improving production environment. Apart from that, it is also characterized by low power consumption, high power factor and remarkable regulation performance.
