Our mobile sand making plant incorporates many advanced configurations, such as rack, conveyor, motor, control cabinet, etc. Feed size is controlled within 30mm to 60mm, and production capacity reaches up to 80-250t/h. Applicable for cobble, rock (such as limestone, granite, basalt, diabase, etc.), this sand making machine is widely used in mining, coal, tailing, construction waste, earthwork, urban infrastructure, road and other fields.

In addition, this sand maker can be coupled with jaw crusher and other crushing devices to form a complete set of production lime. Hence, sand production efficiency can be greatly improved.

Working Principle
Materials are first pre-screened by the feeder of our mobile sand making plant, and impact crusher then performs sand making. After that, vibrating screen forms closed type circulation system for circular material crushing, which largely reduces processing procedures and improves production efficiency. Finally, end products are discharged out of machine via conveyor.
