Hot Rolled Seamless Steel Pipe

Hot rolled seamless steel pipe is one product manufactured by hot rolling. Different from cold rolling which is conducted at the temperature lower than the recrystallization temperature, hot rolling is conducted at the temperature higher than the recrystallization temperature.

Our company has an advanced production line for hot rolled seamless steel pipes and is able to produce 50000t hot rolled pipes in diameter ranging from 114.3mm to 406.4mm per year. The products we make conform to related standards in America, Europe and China. Production Process
The production process of our product includes raw material preparation, pipe billet heating, piercing, rolling, reducing diameter sizing, cooling and finishing.

In order to guarantee the hot rolled seamless steel pipes we offer to customers are in good quality, we invest a large sum of money to introduce lots of testing equipment such as industrial X-ray television, online ultrasonic flaw detector, water pressure testing machine, metallographic testing machine, draw strength testing machine etc, and set up monitoring centers and experimental centers.

Packaging
1. Painting, pipe cap assembling and beveling (for steel pipe with outside diameter shorter than 10’’) will be conducted to our product.
2. We will bale our hot rolled seamless steel pipe with steel bands. For convenient unloading, weight of each bale will be restricted within 2t.
3. We will also package our products with woven bag after baling them if customer requires.
4. We will mark the products according to product size and customer requirement.
