Deep Groove Ball Bearings

The deep groove ball bearing is the most typical one of rolling bearings, which is suitable for high speed applications. It is also very durable and do not ask for frequent maintenance. But it also shows intolerance of impact, and cannot bear heavy loads. The deep groove ball bearings mainly take radial load as well as take moderate axial load. The axial load capacity increases with radial clearance. The contact angle is zero when bearing radial force only, and axial force will result in a contact angle larger than zero. This series usually uses ribbon cage and solid cage, and sometimes uses nylon cage.
