ERW Steel Pipe

Our ERW steel pipe can be used to produce guardrail, scaffold, drinking water delivery pipeline, water draining pipelines used in coal mine or agriculture, hand pumps for deep bore wells, etc. It can also be applied to protect cables and make some structures in construction.

While manufacturing ERW steel tubes, we adopt high-quality continuous-cast fully killed low carbon steels with fine grains. Our high-quality ERW steel tubes with high strength and high toughness are resistant to corrosion and deformability.

With a very large production capacity, we can manufacture ERW steel pipes with different sizes and shapes based on the customers’ requirements. The length of our product can be 12m at maximum. Square ends, beveled ends for easy welding, threaded coupling ends and Victaulic grooved ends are available to our electrical resistance welded steel tubes. Surface of our product can be plain, coated with black paint or other protective materials.

For ERW steel pipe with diameter of 660.4mm or below, the steel strip will be fed into a set of forming rolls composed of horizontal and vertical rollers to be gradually formed into a tube. Then the tube will be allowed to pass the welding electrodes. The electrodes are copper disks connected to the secondary revolving transformer assembly.
