2PE/3PE Coated Steel Pipe

Due to its excellent corrosion-resistant performance, the 2PE/3PE coated steel pipe is widely used for making oil, gas and water delivery pipelines and heating pipelines.

Anticorrosive Coating Structure for 3PE Type
First layer: epoxy powder (FBE＞100um)
Second layer: adhesive (170~250um)
Third layer: PE (2.5~3.7mm)
The above three materials combine together to form excellent corrosive coating for the steel tubes with diameter ranging from 159mm to 1020mm.
