Zirkonzahn CAD/CAM System Compatible Zirconia Block

Round is the most commonly used shape for zirconia block. A round shape would enable a maximum use of the zirconia material, and also makes it easier for users to clamp and carve the material on a carving machine.

The dental zirconia block discussed here features a round shape, and is compatible with the Zirkonzahn dental CAD/CAM milling system. It has a white color that is closely matched to natural shade of the teeth to be restored. Through milling, the zirconia product can have a diameter of 95mm with thickness in the range between 10mm and 22mm.

When installed on patients’ mouth, our zirconia block can withstand a high biting pressure up to 1200MPa. It is unlikely to chip or break, showing good density and low shrinkage.
