Wet Diamond Core Drills

We design this wet diamond core drill to handle heavy-duty applications such as concrete containing moderate or heavy steel and hard aggregate, as well as asphalt paving on cement road. This drill bit can be applied to fixed drilling machine, and is available in two kinds of welding technologies that are laser welding and brazed welding.

We offer normal type, W-shaped wave type, wave type and V-slotted type to users. The diamond blade is mainly segmented type. As for model with diameter under 35mm, we adopt crown type segment.

We take advantages of CNC lathe to produce high quality cores in same dimension, thus delivering long service life.

3. Better cooling efficiency
We have U-shaped slots placed on the wet diamond core drill segments, thus accelerating water flow for more outstanding cooling during operation.

An extensive range of bit types is available such as turbo type, roof type and flat segment type, which are also varied in hardness.
