Description
YLA series brushless alternator with steel housing is a three-phase, synchronous generator with the power ranging from 6.5kW to 1000kW. It is a newly developed product of our company, which has the advantages of small size, light weight, delicate appearance, and reliable performance.

Features
1. With the brush and collector ring removed, this brushless AC generator fulfills the function of brushless excitation, which avoids the breakdown caused by poor contact between brush and collector ring after abrasion, thus improving the reliability of the generator and reducing radio interference.

2. The brushless alternator we supply is completely consistent with the products of well-known international brands such as Stamford,Marathon and LEROY-SOMER in terms of quality and other technical indicators. Our product can fulfill the function of self-excitation voltage regulating without any complex automatic voltage regulator. Also, voltage waveform deviation is small and high voltage precision is high.

3. All windings of the brushless alternator adopt varnished wire of H rate and insulating material of H rate. Special epoxy resin vacuum impregnation process and black paint spraying process with the functions of moisture proofing, mould proofing and salt fog proofing are used, making the insulation grade of the windings reach H class. Hence, our AC generator is able to resist moisture, fog, pollutant and corrosive air of ocean.

4. Terminals are installed in the wiring board at the non-drive end of this three-phase generator and the 12 connector lug from the terminal can be re-connected. There is an AVR inside the outlet box made by sheet steel and enough space is set aside for wiring. To facilitate operation, the panel is designed to be detachable.

5. Easy to install and maintain, the brushless alternator is equipped with easy-to-operate binding posts, rotating diodes and coupling bolts.

6. Our brushless alternator conforms to the standard of IEC, BS5000 and GB755, which enables it to match with the diesel generators of many different domestic or international brands. Also, our AC generator is in accord with all dominant land and marine standards. It is suitable for use in occasions requiring industrial power supply, such as land, ship, train, hotel, etc.

4. Standard protection class of land alternator: IP21 (NEMA1) (IP23 is optional, but the rated power will decrease by 5% in this case);
Standard protection class of marine alternator: IP23 (it is optional to equip the alternator with an air filter, but this results in 5% reduction in rated power).
