Rotary Table

The rotary table is one of the transmission equipment of drilling rig. It is mainly used to provide rotational force to the drilling string to facilitate the drilling process, and hold up the drilling string during connections and pipe trips.

Feature
1. High precision. The bevel gear of the rotary table is processed by the Gleason bevel gear machine which promotes the meshing and precision.

2. Heat treatment. The key transmission component is processed by advanced heat treatment such as carburizing which delivers superior rigidity and prolongs service life.

3. Standard compliance. The product is designed in the compliance with the API Spec 7K specification.
