The mud pump, also known as drilling pump, is designed to circulate the drilling fluids under high pressure down to the bottom. The fluid is of high viscosity, large proportion and high sediment concentration. Its main functions are to keep the drill bit cool, suspend and carry out the drill cuttings. Therefore, this reciprocating plunger device is one of the three most initial equipment of the drilling rig.
We mainly supply 3NBF series mud pump. This product is horizontal triplex direct drive, and there are many models available such as 3NBF-1300 and 3NBF-1600, etc.
Feature
1. Inerter-duty AC electric motor. The gear shaft is directly driven by this type of motor, avoiding the transmission part in traditional system. So our drilling pump has more compacted structure, higher drilling efficiency and less energy consumption. Besides, the electric motor applied is specially designed to have longer service life, more outstanding stability and reliability.
2. Convenience. Our mud pump package is small in size, light in weight and concise in structure. So this triplex pump has excellent mobility and high degree of stability. This field proven product is tough enough to fit the requirements of high pumping pressure and large output volume.
3. Fully equipped. The hydraulic cylinder adopts straight-through suction valve and discharge valve which are interchangeable. In addition, there are suction conditioning chamber, discharge chamber, welded frame and fixed spraying equipment. Shockproof pressure gauge and shear relief valve are also installed.
4. Standard compliance. The accessories are complied with the API Spec 7k specification.
