Flooring Packing Line

The flooring packing line is mainly used to automatically pack floor boards after milling step. This shrink wrap machine possesses high degree of automation, and it could effectively enhance the packing efficiency, while the labor intensity and required staff number are both reduced.

Features
1. Our floor packing line uses a stainless steel mesh belt to convey the boards, and the mesh belt adopts a new structure to ensure its performance.
2. Variable frequency speed regulation system is applied, and an independent external electric cabinet is implemented to deliver stable performance to control the electrical system.
3. The heat shrink tunnel makes use of a new type of hot air circulation mechanism for the purpose of better packaging result. After some special retrofits, it fits perfectly for the shrink packaging of various kinds of floorings and wood products, and the packaged objects are flat and resistant to dust, moisture and breakage.
4. For this flooring packing line, the annular stainless steel heating tube is placed on the top of the conveyor (drawer type), and it allows convenient maintenance.
