Production Material for Student Desk and Chair
1. The frames of individual classroom desks use high frequency cold drawn welded steel pipe which specification is 49X20X1.1 oval tube with diameter of 19X1.
2. Metal cover was made of thickness of 1 mm SF12 cold rolled plate with stamping process.
3. The surface of desk and chair is made of high quality multilayer plate.
4. Metal parts of the desk and chair are connected with carbon dioxide gas protection welding. And then, the surface of steel pipe goes through degreasing, rust removing, phosphating, electrostatic spraying, and high temperature curing processes. Thus, the product has an elegant appearance and durable service time.
