MH-4802 Flame Retardant Masterbatch for PP (V2 UL94)

The MH-4802 flame retardant masterbatch for PP (V2 UL94) is a high-efficiency and eco-friendly new flame retardant material. On basis of MH-FR/PP-2 flame retardants, our product is made in accordance with various processing requirements of customers. Its main content is environment-friendly N-P-Br reactive flame retardant, which is mainly used for modifying PP of V2 UL94.

Our flame retardant masterbatch features low dosage, strong fire resistance, low smoke amount, and extremely low bromine content in comparison with traditional brominated flame retardants such as DBDPO, TBBPA, BDDP, and more. There is no need to add antimony trioxide.

In addition, this flame retardant masterbatch for PP has a greatly superior processability. It is characterized by strong water resistance, no precipitation, and the low impact on mechanical properties of manufactured goods, among others. Therefore, our product can be directly used for extrusion and injection of PP materials.

Precautions
1. EBS is an ideal lubrication system, which can be used as an ingredient of our product. Please don't utilize PE wax, Zinc Stearate, Calcium Stearate, and Stearic Acid, otherwise foaming condition may occur easily.
2. Our product can not be mixed with BDDP flame retardants in order to avoid becoming grey and dark.
3. Addition of black masterbatches will not affect the flammability of our product. In addition, this product does not react with UV stabilizer, antioxidant, etc.
4. The flame retardant masterbatch for PP is ideal for use in PP homopolymers, PP copolymers, the PP-homopolymer and Mitsui-POE compounds, the PP-homopolymer and 0-10% barium sulfate compounds, and the talc padding system.
5. It is not advisable to use calcium carbonate or CaCO3-containing masterbatch as an ingredient of our product.

Packing, Storage and Transportation
The PP masterbatches are wrapped in a complex paper bag lined with PE bag. Its net weight is 25kg/bag. Our product is transported in accordance with the requirements of general chemicals. It must keep dry and air-tight during storage.
