To make a fabricated sinks, there are no definite punches or dies for us to use. The purpose of all our fabrication efforts is to ensure each sink parts meet your dimensional specifications.

The production principle of customized kitchen sinks strictly requires the 1.2mm-thick high-quality SUS304 stainless steel. Furthermore, the process demands precise manual operation of high-tech machine for butt welding process whereby the R90 or R15/R20 small rounded corners can be formed.

An advantage of customization is that you can get a sink with its depth decided by you. The inner corner angle of the sink comes close to 90°. A right corner creates more space to hold water. When you look inside, you can see the very last detail of the sink bowl with nothing hiding from view.

One downside to our handmade sink is that you can not have a large quantity of such sinks in a short time because we need to hand make them one after another. In addition, handmade sinks are typically priced higher than ordinary ones. However, they do enhance your villas, bars and other gorgeous places. Simple, down-to-earth and mature houses can also have one to add happiness and elegance to their space.
