Brief Introduction
The MH-3800 flame retardant masterbatch for XPS is commonly used to reduce flammability of XPS thermal insulation boards. Considering the needs of different customers, we provide the concentrates, flame retardant masterbatches, and the exclusive powder. All of them can reach the fire protection requirements of GB8624 standard.
With superb processability, the XPS dedicated fire retardant is quite compatible with PS plastics. Different from flame retardant powder, this master batch can be mixed uniformly. It can not only simplify production process and reduce production cost, but also improve both production efficiency and working environment. Additionally, equipment corrosion is greatly reduced. The fire retardant chemical can also enhance the toughness, strength, and heat resistance of reclaimed materials.
Advantages
1. The flame retardant masterbatch for XPS is resistant to high temperature. It does not turn yellow or decompose at the processing temperature of 240 degrees Celsius.
2. Any material added with our product can conform to both GB8624-2006 and UL94 standard.

Suggestions
1. Please dry the flame retardant masterbatch before use in case of long-term storage.
2. Customers are required to know the properties and process conditions of all products before use, so as to select the optimum technical parameters for production.
3. The above-mentioned data is normal laboratory values used only for reference. Specific dosage depends on practical use and required flammability rating.
