Superiority
1. The stainless steel plate and frame filter press is constructed from SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, thus being highly resistant to corrosion.
2. The filter plate of our plate-and-frame filter features thread-like structure. Different filter materials are replaceable in view of distinct filter media and production processes such as the primary filter, semi fine filter, and the fine filter. As a high-performance filter medium, microporous membrane can reach a goal of aseptic filtration.
3. By adoption of silicone seals, all sealing components can offer an outstanding sealing performance. It is resistant to high temperature. No toxicity or leakage is caused.
4. In addition, our stainless steel plate and frame filter press utilizes a sealed pressure filter, thus providing no loss of filtrate consumption, as well as extremely high filtrate clarity.
5. Customization Options
1) According to different filtration volumes, the number of layers can be adjusted to meet production needs.
2) Multilayer filter media are provided for option. One layer is a kind of filter medium with low filtration precision, and the other layer is a filter medium with high filtration precision. In this way, much time can be saved, and the filter precision is also enhanced.
3) Our stainless steel plate and frame filter press can be equipped with a custom-made automatic backflow device as per customer's requirements. This device can help customers improve efficiency during operation. After a pump stops running, a backflow valve can be opened. Then, all sediments can be discharged automatically, while simultaneously clean water is used for backflushing from a return pipe.
