It comes with great productivity, high pressure, continuously adjustable pre-pressure, compact structure, easy maintenance, reliable operation, low use cost and satisfactory price-performance ratio. The rotary tablet press can process a wide range of raw materials. There are 3 die options, namely ZP type, I series B type and IPT type.

Features
1. Its peripheral housing and internal table top are manufactured from stainless steel. Additionally, to achieve GMP standard, the turret has undergone special treatment to ensure non-poison, smoothness and wear resistance.
2. With 55 stations, it is capable of manufacturing as much as 260,000 tablets every hour, which can meet demands for mass production.
3. The tablet punching machine adopts aforced feeding device and various kinds of vane wheels, allowing for processing different materials and ensuring feeding precision.
4. Its maximum pressure is 120KN and its pre-pressure can be consecutively adjusted. With prolonged compression duration and smooth operation, the rotary tablet press is able to compress raw materials that are difficult to shape.
5. Its pressing chamber employs 4 built-in columns without dead angles. The tablet discharging mechanism, lower track and lower pinch roller are mounted in a special way, so as to facilitate operation, disassembly and cleaning.
6. The special oil-proof and dust-proof system helps to avert punching blockage and improve the damping structure.
7. The rotary tablet press makes use of a high-definition view window.
8. Due to PLC and human-computer interface control, it is easy to operate.
