DDY-Ⅱ Single Punch Tablet Press

Main Application
The DDY-Ⅱ single punch tablet press is used to compress granulated feedstock into tablets. It is appropriate for pesticide, pharmacy, daily-use chemical, food, powder metallurgy and other industries.

Features
1. The pill press machine is manufactured on the basis of our patented technology of “underdrive-type single punch tablet press”. It can prevent the lubricant on the drive system from polluting tablets.
2. With high productivity, the machine is perfect for forming large tablets that are hard to form. Its maximum tablet diameter is 80mm, and the production capacity can reach up to 25 tablets per minute.
3. In conjunction with the corresponding punching die, the product is capable of producing tablets in circular, irregular, spherical or ring shape.
4. The pharmaceutical equipment comes with low vibration, smooth operation and slight noise. Even a newcomer can easily operate the machine.
5. It is easy to observe the operating conditions, which helps to make an adjustment to the operation.
6. On the basis of an energy-saving technology, the single punch tablet press consumes 50% less energy than like products. If there is no electricity, the operator can form tablets manually.
7. Its stainless steel peripheral housing can be customized to comply with GMP requirements.

Note
When producing small tablets whose maximum diameter is 40mm, the product can be equipped with a dual tablet pressing die, so as to double its output.
