ZP5A/7A/9A Rotary Tablet Press

Main Application
The ZP5A, ZP7A and ZP9A rotary tablet presses are mainly used to carry out tablet technical study or small-scale recipe development and production in laboratories. This tablet compression machine can automatically and consecutively produce round or irregular shape tablets with characters, symbols or graphs. The diameter of tablets is less than or equal to 12mm. The powder content of processable materials should not exceed 10% (≥100 mesh). The rotary tablet press can not be applied to compress semisolid wet particles, powders without granules, or low melting point feedstock that readily absorbs moisture.

Features
1. Its totally enclosed housing and internal table top are manufactured from stainless steel. The surface of rotating turret has received special treatment to keep lustrous and prevent cross contamination, which meet GMP requirements.
2. Through transparent glass doors, the operator can directly observe the operating conditions of rotary tablet press. Additionally, all these doors can be opened, allowing for internal cleaning and maintenance.
3. A frequency control device is used for electric speed regulation. It rotates steadily and is easy to operate.
