The ZPY27B rotary tablet press is upgraded from our original ZP27 machine. With automatic rotation and consecutive tabletting functions, this dual pressure pharmaceutical machine is commonly seen in many industries, like pharmacy, chemical, food and electron. It is capable of compressing granular materials into round, ring or irregular shape tablets of different specification.

Features
1. The rotary tablet press fulfills GMP requirements. Its peripheral housing and internal table top both employ stainless steel materials. Due to special treatment, the rotating turret does well in non-poison, smoothness and wear resistance.
2. It is applicable for granulated materials that are difficult to form. Equipped with the prepressing track, the rotary tabletting machine comes with high power and pressure.
3. To prolong service life, the rotary tablet press makes use of an overload protection device. If there is pressure overload, the machine will be automatically stopped with a warning light flashing.
4. A frequency conversion device is applied for motor speed regulation. The device is performs well in easy operation and high security.
