CHD3000TXC Snow Plow

The CHD3000TXC snow plow is new snow removal device developed based on the traditional snow plough produced by our company. This product can be connected to Dongfeng, Jiefang, Stery or other vehicles with load capacity ranging from 8t to 15t. It can be used to clean the expressway, urban road and square.

Component
This snow plow is mainly composed of the snow shoveling board, slewing mechanism, swing mechanism, spring device and turnover mechanism. Combined with the oil cylinder, hinge bracket and power element, the slewing mechanism can achieve the movement of the snow plough.

Features
1. The board of the snow shovel is made of manganese plate or rubber. The thickness of the manganese plate is 4mm.
2. This product is powered by an imported independent power element. It can be lifted no matter the vehicle it is connected to running or not.
3. The connection structure of this product is very simple, thus the assembly and disassembly of this snow removal equipment can be finished rapidly.
4. There are caging devices to help keep this snow plow work normally and safely.
5. The movement of this snow plough can be controlled by the electric control switches in the cab.
6. When encounter an obstacle, this snow removal device can turn over automatically to avoid the obstacle so as to prevent its components from being damaged. After crossing the obstacle, it can return to its original position driven by the force of the spring to going on working.
