Features
1. Made of stainless steel, the waste container of the food waste collection truck is divided into upper compartment and lower compartment, which are used to store solid waste and sedimentary oil-water mixture, respectively. The inlet is produced with a sealed cap. The opening and closing of the cap is controlled by hydraulic cylinder.

2. The rear door of the product is manufactured with silica gel strip. During operation and driving, wastes will not leak to avoid the second pollution to environment. Based on the advanced technology home and abroad, the waste lorry is produced with perfect integration of mechanics, electronics and hydraulics, which conduces to easy and reliable operation.

3. Innovative designed with special device, the waste discharging of CHD5100ZZZ food waste collection truck can be conducted through the connection between the rubbish transportation port installed at the rear door and the waste processing device. The operation of the connection device is controlled by two oil cylinders. Additionally, the other two cylinders are used to control the opening and closing of the rear door. This invention, which effectively avoids the air pollution to environment, has obtained national patents. The patent numbers are ZL03271168.9 and 200520079946. Meanwhile, the discharge of the waste can also be conducted with the push board from the rear door directly.

4. The waste loading system of the waste wagon can lift the standard garbage bin of 120L and 240L. Manufactured with locking mechanism, waste in the garbage bin can be poured into the waste container without residual or spill. To avoid waste spattering, lifting speed can be adjusted automatically.

5. There is a linkage system designed for the lifting device and the control device of the food waste collection truck. The lifting device will start operation only when the inlet cap is open and the push plate has returned to the preset location. Otherwise, the operation of the lifting device will not start and an alarm will be sent out to inform the operator.

6. This product has the function of compressing rubbish and separating solids and liquids. The operation is finished during rubbish collection. Not only improving the working efficiency, but also the loading capacity of the container is maximized.

7. Equipped with a stainless steel clear water tank and a high-pressure water pump, it is very easy for you to wash the waste lorry. Opening the switch of the water pump, clients can use the high-pressure water gun to wash the vehicle.

8. To avoid safety accident caused by mal-operation, there is a safety device designed for the rear door of the food waste collection truck. When the rear door is open, a shelf will be lay down to provide more protection to workers.
