Main Application
The ZP35D dual pressure rotary tablet press is widely applied in pharmacy, food, chemical and other industries to fuse granulated materials together into hard tablets of different shape and specification.

Features
1. The rotary tablet press complies with GMP requirements. The table top within the pressing chamber and an external housing are both manufactured from stainless steel. The turret has undergone special treatment, and becomes non-toxic, smooth and wear resistant.
2. Equipped with the prepressing track, this pharmaceutical equipment is capable of compressing materials that are hard to shape. It comes with prolonged pressing duration and smooth operation.
3. With the help of an overload protection device, the rotary tablet press will be intelligently stopped with a flashing alarm light in case of pressure overload.
4. An advanced frequency control device is applied to regulate the speed of motor. Proud of easy operation, good safety and high accuracy, it supports adjusting rotational speed.
5. On the basis of mechatronics, the tablet compression machine makes use of the touch keys and screen. The operation panel of electrical cabinet is made of stainless steel.
6. Its reliable centralized lubricating system ensures sufficient lubrication of all the lubricating points, effectively reducing noise and abrasion.
7. Since the rotary tablet press is fitted with transparent glass doors and there is no column in the corner, the side doors can be wide opened, which facilitates cleaning and maintenance. Two lights are recessed in the roof within the pressing chamber.
8. Its drive system is individually placed in a worm gear case, so as to protect against cross contamination.
9. The special installation structure of the lower track and pinch roller is based on our utility model patent, which helps to maintain and replace these components easily. A movable suction nozzle is used to collect powder.
