CHD2200TXC Snow Plow

The CHD2200TXC snow plow is used to clean the snow on road. It is mainly composed of connection bracket (used to connect this snow removal device to the vehicle frame), hinge bracket, the main shoveling part, shoveling board, shock absorption and crash avoidance spring, electric and hydraulic control box, and electric control switches. This snow removal device is 2.2m in width and can swing left and right at the angle of 30° to push the snow to the roadside. Its movements are driven by hydraulic cylinder with the power provided by power element.

Through adjusting the connection bracket, this snow plow can be easily amounted on many transport vehicles such as Dongfeng, Jiefang, Isuzu and Fukuda vehicles with the load capacity ranging from 2t to 3t. This snow plough can work normally even when the temperature is lower than -45℃.

Features
1. Controlled by integrated circuit, this snow plough is easy to operate. The movements of this equipment are powered by storage batteries. Thus no matter the vehicle is running or not, the snow plough can work normally. The operator can control the snow plow by adjusting the electric control switch on the operation panel in the cab.

2. Made of high-strength alloy steel, the edge of the snow plough has fine ductility and is resistant to abrasion. Thus the snow plough can be durable enough to complete more than 500 km road cleaning. The inclination angle between the plough and the road surface is adjustable. Thus this product can be used to shovel, push or scrape the snow on the ground.

3. This item is equipped with independent lighting system and operation warning light to guarantee safe working at night.

4. Our snow plow has a caging device to avoid the board of the plough being damaged when working.

5. Equipped with damping and anti-collision spring, the plough also has an auto-balancing system. Smartly, the shoveling board will turn over automatically when coming across obstacle. Moreover, the shoveling board will return to the original position automatically for cleaning when passing through the obstacle. This system helps keep the plough stay in a proper position to the ground. Thus it conduces to protecting the components of the snow plough from being damaged and guarantees the snow removal effects.

6. This snow plow is designed in an arc shape. It can throw the snow out of the board when the vehicle is running. The throwing distance can be controlled by adjusting the inclination angle of the shoveling board. It can throw the snow out of the guardrail of road and avoid the snow spattering to the windscreen of the vehicle. So the safe operation can be hereby ensured.

7. It is easy to assemble or disassemble this product. For assembling, the power shall be switched on firstly, and then the direction switch. When the connection bracket lifts automatically and is in alignment to the connecting holes, the connecting pin shall be plugged in. The installation of the device is completed. When disassemble this snow plow, the operator needs to turn on the direction switch to locate the plough on the ground before unplug the connecting pin. The disassembling of the device is finished when the power is cut off. Both assembly and disassembly can be finished by 2 persons within 15 minutes.
