CHD5071GSL Street Sweeper and Washer

This product is an advanced street sweeper and washer developed by our company. Combining the functions of road washing and garbage collection, this street cleaning vehicle integrates the advantages of street sweeper and high-pressure street washer. This vehicle will not cause flying dust or leave redundant water on the road when it is working. It can be used to clean all kinds of road surfaces.

Features
1. The CHD5071GSL street sweeper and washer has a water spray system which can help reduce the flying dust when cleaning the road. Besides common dust removal devices like brushes, suction port and suction pipe, an artesian nozzle is assembled on this vehicle. When working in a extremely dusty area, this nozzle can be turned on to spray more water onto the ground to help reduce the dust. In winter, this nozzle can be used to spray snow-melting agent.

2. The sweeping brushes can retract to its original position automatically to avoid obstacles if they encounter one. Therefore, damage to sweeping device will be avoided. Stepless revolving speed regulating is available to the brushes. The revolving speed can be regulated at the time when the brushes are working. Our company is the first one in China to make speed regulating possible when the brushes are working.

3. The front brushes on the left and right side of the vehicle can work together or work separately. When sweeping the left side of the road, the operator can fold up the brushes on the right side. In this way, wear of the brushes is reduced and the operating cost is reduced as well. At the same time, it helps save the space the street sweeper and washer takes up on the road and guarantees the safety of other vehicles on the road.

4. This road sweeping and washing machine is equipped with an advanced video monitoring device to help the operator know about the road condition and the working condition of the sweeping brushes.

5. Since the air inlet port is assembled at the top of the cab and the filter element we adopt is two-layer filter element, our sweeping and washing vehicle has an advanced air filtering system which can guarantee the quality of the air in the engine.

6. An alarm device is fitted in the clean water tank to remind the operator to add water when there is not enough water in the tank. If no water is added 2 seconds after alarming, the water pump will stop working automatically so as to avoid damaging.

7. The garbage bin of this street sweeper and washer has an alarm device to remind the operator to draw off the dirty water when the water reaches to a certain height. If the operator does not draw off the water 2 seconds after the alarming, the whole vehicle will stop working automatically to prevent the blower from being damaged by dirty water and garbage.

8. The bracket of the washing device of this vehicle is located in the front of the suction port in a "V" shape. The washing device can avoid obstacles automatically.

9. The components of our street sweeper and washer are high quality products. The water pump and filter are imported from Germany. The nozzle and sealing element of oil cylinders are introduced from America. The switches are made in Japan.
