M5-1007 seated shoulder press is designed to exercise shoulder muscles by the action of pushing up above head, which accords with natural movement of human body. The counter weight is used to reduce initial resisting force so that easy operation is realized for beginner. Middle and curving handles increase exercise choices, so do the two ways of holding handles. The centripetal elevated arm forms natural upward arc movement, which strongly stimulates deltoid muscles.
Training process:
(1) Adjust the chair until the handles are at shoulder height
(2) Select weight
(3) Push the handles upwards (do not overstretch)
(4) Return handles to ear level then repeat
