M5-1009 seated leg press offers two exercise ways, namely vertical type and sitting type. The former is very suitable for beginner or user in recovery. Moreover, back cushion, shank cushion, and exercise extent can be adjusted easily when you are seated. The initial position of sliding shaft can also be adjusted for users of different stature to achieve ideal movement range. In addition, cushion and back cushion use haunch as supporting point to reduce the pressure on spine.
Training process:
(1) Sit down and position your feet on the front plate
(2) Pull the handles (on the right side) and position your knees at 90 degree angle
(3) Select weight
(4) Extend your leg (do not over stretch) and return to starting position
