Our TSV-86 high volume twin screw extruder is usually used for 1) the blending of different combinations of plastic and plastic or rubber and plastic, 2) the prilling of color master batch for fiber, black master batch, degradable master batch, flame-retardant master batch and anti-moisture & anti-aging mater match, the reactive extrusion, 3) the production of some kinds of powder paint, 4) and the material preparation of cable sheath, anti-UV plastic, and EVA product 5) and the devolatilization treatment of some material.

All the systems of our TSV-86 twin screw extrusion have been well designed. The driving system, transmission system, screw system, control system, and the pelletizing technique are all reliable and productive.
