The TSS-95 high performance twin screw extruder has a great comprehensive performance and high cost-effectiveness. This model is the most productive one in the TSS series twin screw extruder. The production capacity could reach 1650~2750 kg/h. There are two specific models with different production capacity and price. We can make the recommendations according to your situation.

Custom products are available according to your requirements. The machine can be made of material like nitriding steel or PM material (HIP). The wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance are also customizable. In addition to the feasibility, the extruder we designed is also quite easy to operate and maintain.
