LNG Cylinder for Vehicle

Compared with compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied natural gas (LNG) is cheaper, more energy-saving and more environmental-friendly. With lower working pressure, LNG is safer than CNG. As an auxiliary equipment of vehicle, our LNG cylinder can be widely used as fuel storage container for buses, coaches, dump trucks, engineering vehicles and container trucks.

Our company started to design and develop LNG container in 2011 and make it into production in 2012. With mature welding technology, we can product various types of LNG containers with different dimensions to meet the requirements of different customers.

Technological Characteristics and Advantages
1.Raw materials we use in production are strictly inspected to guarantee the quality of our finished products.
2. The key components of our LNG cylinder for vehicle are imported. Other components are from well-known manufactures in China.
3. Advanced flaw detection instrument are adopted to guarantee our products are safe in use. Helium mass spectrometer leakage detecting method is adopted to inspect the inner container of our product.
4. Tested by professional authorized testing organization, our LNG storage tanks are proved to be impact-proof, explosion-proof and fireproof.
5. With advanced vacuum technology, our product can keep the temperature in the cylinder low so as to help reduce the evaporation rate of LNG.
6. Full-automatic cutting machine and plasma welding machine are used to improve the quality of our product.
7. All the finished products will be sent to take the gas tightness test and the test of static evaporation rate. Defected products will be sent back to the workshop to be improved.
8. Professional packing technology is adopted to insure safe shipment.
