Welded Insulated Cylinder

The welded insulated cylinder we produce can be used to store chemical products and refrigerating medium. With more than 30 years experience, we conduct our production following strict quality control system. Besides standard product, we can also offer customization service to design and manufacture welded gas storage vessel according the requirement of customers. We will produce the products in accordance with the GB5100 or the international standard as customer required.


Technological Characteristics and Advantages
1. Full-automatic cutting machine and plasma welding machine are used in our production.
2. Made of steel, our welded insulated cylinder is sturdy and durable.
3. Safety valve and rupture disc device in the insulated gas container make our product safe in use.
4. The steel and valves we used in our production are high-quality products from well-known manufactures in China who have served as our long-term cooperative suppliers.
5. Float content gauge allows the user to know the liquid level in the gas container easily.
6. With advanced interlayer vacuum technology, our gas container has fine insulation performance and can keep the compressed gas pressure constant for a long time.
7. Base plate made of stainless steel and rubber will protect the welded insulated cylinder from damage caused by shocking.
8. Our product will be packaged carefully to make it safe in shipment.

Testing
1. Every product will be strictly tested before it leaves the factory.
2. X-ray flaw detection is used to reduce flaw of our high pressure gas vessel.
3. Helium mass spectrometer is used for leakage detecting of our welded insulated cylinder.
4. All the finished products will be sent to test gas tightness and static evaporation rate. Products which are not up to standard will be sent back to the workshop to be repaired.
