The stake bed semi trailer generally has a flat bled enclosed by fence-like exterior. It is widely used to transport animals, steel coils, coals, and other light puffy cargoes.
Features
1. The fence-like structure and bodywork of our semi trailer are properly designed to suit the kind of goods to be transported. In design of this stake bed trailer, we take special care to reduce its weight while ensuring the load capacity is up to the standard. The simplified design allows easy disassembly. It also reduces production costs, thus passing on more savings to customers.
2. Axles of the stake sides trailer are connected together by a horizontal beam, which also passes through the vertical beam and is welded into one piece with it to form a spatial structure. The semi trailer bodywork is designed to share load evenly across all parts. It is able to withstand high load without deformation.
3. Vertical beam is either straight, or arch-shaped that looks like a gooseneck. The I-beam has a web that measures 450mm to 500mm in height. Submerged arc welding method is used to connect the vertical beam to the base structure. The chassis is sandblasted to receive a smooth finish.
