The SHC1108S contactless CPU card chip is commonly applied for e-wallet, public transit system and other fields. It is a high end contactless smart chip that is manufactured via CMOS EEPROM technique, and it contains 8-bit microprocessor, true random number generator, DES/3DES algorithm module, SM1 algorithm module as well as RF circuit that conforms to ISO/IEC 14443 Type A. Moreover, the program memory for this CPU card chip includes 32kB ROM, 8kB EEPROM, 256B IRAM and 512B XRAM.
