The SHC1302A 32 bit dual interface credit card chip is a kind of CPU-based IC card chip that is especially designed for use in financial systems to ensure information security. It is a great solution if you need bank card chips, ATM card chips, etc.
The credit card chip is fabricated adopting 0.18μm CMOS EEPROM technique. The SC100 CPU is based on the 32-bit RISC design strategy, and the embedded 256kB ROM and 10kB RAM are intended to store data and programs. Moreover, the dual interface CPU card chip utilizes 40kB EEPROM to save data and programs when power is off.
This credit card chip perfectly integrates a variety of modules on it, such as timer, watchdog, clock generator, interrupt controller, system controller, RF interface, CRC module, security control unit, true random number generator, DES/3DES, SSF33, SM1, SM2, SM3, 2048-bit RSA coprocessor, ISO7816 serial interface, etc.
