SHC2248 8k Bits EEPROM Contact Encryption Chip

The SHC2248 8k bits EEPROM contact encryption chip offers a great smart card chip solution for manufacturing of health cards, membership cards and more. It consists of a 1024×8-bit main EEPROM and a 1024×1 bit protected memory, while programmable security code (PSC) is also achieved.
