The SHC1230 256k SIM card chip is a high end smart card chip for contact IC cards, such as GSM card, 3G SIM card, JAVA card and many others. It takes advantage of ARM SC100 CPU, and the built-in RAM and flash memory are responsible for the storage of data and programs. On the other hand, our SIM card chip integrates DES, timer, interrupt controller, system controller, security control unit, ISO 7816 I/O interface and other modules together to offer reliable performance.
