This flash USB key chip integrates many modules together, such as linear 8051 CPU, 256kB flash memory, 512B SRAM, 7.5kB XRAM, 64-bit true random number generator, 2048-bit RSA/ECC/SM2 coprocessor, SM1/SM3/SM7/SSF33/DES/AES symmetric algorithm processor, CRC, DMA, GPIO interface, UART interface, master/slave SPI interface, full speed USB 2.0 interface, ISO/IEC 7816 master/slave interface, etc. Moreover, this contact flash USB key chip also realizes check function for the security architecture.
