Pneumatic Cap Elevator

The pneumatic cap elevator is used to improve the efficiency of bottle capping by automatically delivering of bottle caps. When the caps amount is not enough, the inspection switch inside the cap sorter will send out signals. Then the cylinder of the cap elevator pushes caps into the air channel. Those caps will get to the cap sorter along with the air channel.

The pneumatic cap elevator mainly consists of the motor spinning disk, cap rail, box, and the like. Under the function of the motor spinning disk, the caps in the box will get to the cap rail. The cap rail will arrange the caps in a particular order.
