Bottle Loading Machine

The automatic bottle loading machine which operate stably and reliably, is composed of the rack, bucket, and cylinder. It has been strictly calculated and analyzed when designing.

After a photoelectric sensor inspects that there are bottles conveyed to the automatic bottle loading machine, it will start the air cylinder on the bottle pushing lever for pushing the bottles into the bucket. The air cylinder will electrically controlled so as to deliver the bottles onto the chain conveyer of bottle washing machine.
