QFT5-20 Block Making Machine

Features
1. Outstanding Vibration System
Its principle vibration system is comprised of the vibration motor, vibrating case, vibrating table and so forth. Since the molding flask is locked by a demoulding oil cylinder to slightly put weight on the vibrating table, the table will not be suppressed by the flask during vibration, and the flask may vibrate at the same time. In this way, the mixture can be pressed compactly in a short time.
2. Large Working Table
With the help of a new vibration technology, the block making machine enjoys the effective vibration molding area of 0.6m2(0.9*0.55m2).
3. Forced Feeding Device
Different from traditional feeding methods, the device is equipped with rows of mixing forks that may quickly stir when the feeding box is above the molding flask, so as to pour material into the flask rapidly and uniformly. Therefore, the machine is capable of producing concrete perforated bricks with thin inwalls of only 13-16mm.
4. Cost Reduction
Its hydraulic system employs a hand control valve, which greatly cuts investment and maintenance cost.
