Stainless Steel Gratings, Aluminum Grating

Our stainless steel grating is widely used to various factories and engineering projects worldwide. It comes with flat type, tooth shape type, and I shape type. There are more than 200 specifications. Our steel gratings can be treated with special surface protection treatment for adapting to different application environment.

This stainless steel structure can be manually made, or manufactured by welding machine.
a. Welding Method: The piezoresistive grating welding machine automatically places crossbars onto the uniformly arrayed flat steels. It welds the crossbars into the flat steel though powerful welding power and hydraulic force, thus to obtain high quality steel grating with solid welding joints.

b. Manual Method: First punch flat steel and then place crossbars into the holes. Spot weld the crossbars. Though intervals exist between crossbars and flat steel, each contact point can be welded. The welding offers greater strength, but the manually made steel grating is not as beautiful as the one made by welding machine.
