Permanent Magnet Electromagnet
The permanent magnet electromagnet usually consists of the permanent magnet, winding, core and armature. The product has the voltage of 24V DC, and is widely applied to industrial robot, fire door, ventilation equipment and general safety device, etc.
Working principle
The permanent magnet electromagnet transforms the electric energy into mechanical energy. Before the electric current is supplied, most of the magnetic field from permanent magnet is concentrated in the core, resulting in attracting and holding magnetically conductive materials. However, when the electricity flows in the winding, the core generates opposite magnetic field which leads to magnetic counteraction. Therefore, the product can be used for material separation, industrial lifting and clutch brake, etc.
