Moreover, the rule tip hardness reaches HV640 after treated by the Germany high frequency quenching equipment. For your information, the rule with a hardness of HV640 is defined as the rule for the creasing and cutting purposes.

The features of this kind of rule include precise size, stable depth and no fluffy cutting faces. The regular zipper rule comprises of 3 types, namely A, B and C, which differ with each other on the bending angles and bending ratios. Custom sizes are available.

This rule is mainly used for the creasing at the opening position of the soft package like tissue paper box, tea box, and so on.
