Our stator lamination and rotor lamination are mainly used to produce armatures for all kinds of electric motors. This series adopts high-performance silicon steel which is purchased from Chinese two largest steel manufacturers Baosteel and WISCO. The general models of silicon steel include 35WW270 (B35A270), 50WW290 (B50A290), 50WW470 (B50A470), 50WW600 (B50A600), 50WW800 (B50A800) and 50WW1300 (B50A1300).
The two most frequently-used models are 35WW270 (B35A270) and 50WW290 (B50A290), so we have them in stock all year round. These two models enable our products to feature lower core loss, and higher induction in fairly strong magnetic field, as well as lower material cost. Meanwhile, the size and weight of armature is reduced, whereby our products are suitable to produce micro motors and all kinds of servo motors.
Our products are cut to the finished shape by a punch and die. We are totally fitted with over 20 high-speed and normal punching machines, such as high precision punch from Minster, Schuler and AIAD ranged from 60 ton to 250 ton, as well as normal punch ranged from 63 ton to 400 ton. These machines are applied to produce all sizes and shapes of stator lamination and rotor lamination products, even 0.1mm thick ones!
We have over 10 years running history in manufacturing industry. We have customers from Western Europe and North American. We have the experience, capability and R&D resources to offer OEM and ODM service. Clients are able to choose materials as well as sizes and shapes of products to fit their application needs. The maximum diameter even reaches 1 meter. Additionally, we can also produce for large industrial electric motors.
