1. In the SMT process, we check whether there is false welding, whether the position of welded elements is too high, whether LED lights fail to be ignited or the light is dim through visual observation.
2. In the assembly process, we conduct high-current test on semi-finished products.
3. We perform aging test at low voltage, high voltage, and high temperature. The aging test examines the reliability of contact points, the ability of bearing low or high voltage, heat resistance, conductivity, and electric insulation.
