Cartridge Solenoid
The SV22/37-※ series of cartridge solenoid is used for screw joint cartridge valves with the drift diameter from 6mm to 22mm. This product has three working modes, including normally open mode, normally closed mode and bi-directional mode. The working voltages are 24VDC, 12VDC, 9VDC or 220VAC 50-60Hz. Both half-wave rectified power supply and full-wave power supply are suitable for this product. Meanwhile, the working voltage of the product can be adjusted according to different power supply of the customers. Please kindly note that SV22-QF is for air valve.
The cartridge solenoid is mainly used on injection moulding machine as a safe valve. When the safe gate is open, the main valve element of the cartridge valve remains the closed state under the internal control of hydraulic pressure of the pump source. So, there is no oil supply on the main oil channels. Without the oil supply, the mould will not operate and the personnel injury can be avoided accordingly. When the safe gate is closed, the main valve element of the cartridge valve will be forcibly started. The electrical signal is sent out. At this time, the oil path is connected and the operation of the mould is started.
