Ceramic Binder
The ceramic binder is a powdery or granular substance in different colors such as white, light yellow or light grey. With the organic polymers, the binder can form a film on the surface of the granules of the ceramic body materials or make point contacts between the granules. In this way the product can help enhance the strength of the green ceramic bodies.
Features
1. Our product has a lower production cost than the CMC (Carboxy Methylated Cellulose).
2. Compared with binder in liquid form, our product is easier to be preserved for a longer period of time.
3. The actual using amount is flexible according to the practical ceramics production.
Application Method
The ceramic binder needs to be ball-milled with the ceramic body materials. The application volume of the blinder is 0.05%-0.3% to the amount of the body materials. The actual volume depends on the requirement of the ceramic processing.
