Ceramic Deflocculant

Function
The ceramic deflocculant can reduce the viscosity of the slurry and improve its liquidity. Water in the slurry is reduced and the energy consumption of ball-milling and spray drying is also reduced. Thus the ceramic production volume is increased. In addition, our product can help make the granular composition of the powdery materials more feasible to improve their comprehensive property. At the same time, the liquidity and dispersity of the powdery materials are also improved to avoid flaws in pressure moulding.

Features
1. Our product is cheaper than the traditional sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) thus can partially or entirely replace it.
2. Compared with liquid deflocculant, our ceramic deflocculant is easy to store for a longer period of time.
3. The product is still effective even if its physical characteristic has changed.
4. The application volume of the deflocculant in practical ceramic production can be adjusted according to the actual needs.

Application Methods
1. Put the deflocculants into the ball mill with the ceramic body materials and make them grinded. Generally, the addition volume of the ceramic deflocculant is 0.3%-0.6% to the volume of the ceramic body materials. The actual application volume is decided by tests according to the need of the ceramic processing technology.
