360 degrees rotating robotic arm

1. Thanks to the CAE tool, distance, position and angles of nozzles in the arm are carefully calculated and well arranged to avoid the spray offset and cover the entire car body.
2. The rotating arm is equipped with anti-collision devices to calculate the safe distance.
3. The rotating robotic arm can do the high-pressure pre-wash job, car wash and wax spray.
4. The arm features safety and stability of use since it cleans cars equidistantly with proper pressure at a constant speed.

High-strength frame

The high-strength frame is made of Q235 steel (4mm thick). After processing of surface pickling, phosphorization and hot-dip galvanization, the frame has proved its outstanding anti-corrosion capacity as it is rated 10 in the salt mist test in the SGS laboratory.

Undercarriage wash system

The single arm touchless car wash machine HP-231 is equipped with the undercarriage wash system and able to thoroughly rinse car wheels and the undercarriage with the hydraulic pressure reaching 90 kg.

The undercarriage wash system can automatically adapt to different car lengths and clean the entire car body equidistantly with proper pressure at a constant speed.

High-pressure air dryer system

The high-pressure air dryer system of the single arm touchless car wash machine HP-231 consists of 4 sets of air dryers equipped with turbochargers (5.5kw). Based on aerodynamics, the air dryer combinations applying the state-of-the art technology can produce the air power as strong as a curtain and deliver more than 85% drying effect

Oscillating arm

The oscillating design of the robotic arm largely reduces the offset effect of the vertical and horizontal water spray, which can optimize the rinsing performance.

The ultrasonic sensors which measure the car length and position the car help keep a safe distance between nozzles and the car body and clean rearview mirrors with a robotic arm.

The ultrasonic sensors are proof against interference of water spray, which ensures the safety of the car washing process.

High-pressure undercarriage wash

The undercarriage wash system consists of two sets of nozzles on both sides that are responsible for cleaning wheels and lower parts of the car body, and a set of nozzles underneath for cleaning the chassis.

Nozzles can deliver high volume of water with pressure up to 90 kg to efficiently remove dirt and debris.

360-degree rotating arm

The multiplexing arm can do the pre-soak rinse, high-pressure wash and wax spray job. It takes only 27 seconds for the arm to complete a full rotation.

Two-way conveyors

The two-way convey design enables different types of cars to keep a safe distance from the machine, which ensures safe car wash with proper pressure at a constant speed.

Snow foam shampoo

The car shampoo containing broad-spectrum surfactant can product thick and rich snow foam to effectively remove dirt and debris.

Enhanced shine

The car shampoo can enhance shine of paintwork.

Waterless car wash spray

The machine automatically blends the car shampoo and water at a proper ratio and atomizes mixture to achieve fine spray distributions to cover the whole car exterior, even recesses, to effectively lift away dirt. 20 to 25 ml waterless spray for each car helps you control the cost.

Crystal coating

The crystal coating wax can form high polymer sheeting on the surface of paintwork which produces a mirror-like shine effect and protects the paint after combining with soft water.
